Prior to founding Siclait Law Firm, she was an Attorney with a well-regarded boutique Coral Gables Law firm where she gained extensive experience practicing in the area of Marital and Family Law. With over ten years of experience, she devotes her practice to complex Marital and Family Law matters, including divorce, equitable distribution, business valuation issues, alimony, timesharing and custody issues, child support, relocations, paternity disputes, modification actions, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.

From 2009 to 2012, Mrs. Siclait served as Assistant General Counsel at Silver Starr Art Studios Enterprises, LLC in New York City. Earlier in her career, she interned for the Kings County District Attorney’s Office Major Narcotics Investigation Bureau in Brooklyn, New York, the Honorable Gerald Lebovits, New York City Civil Court, Housing Part and the Honorable Julio E. Jimenez, Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Florida, Criminal Division.

Mrs. Siclait is a Miami native. In 2003, she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida International University in Management and International Business and graduated cum laude. After college, she relocated to New York and attended New York Law School, earning her Juris Doctorate in 2008.

Mrs. Siclait is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish. She can effectively communicate to her Spanish speaking clients to ensure they understand and are informed as to all aspects of their case.

Mrs. Siclait is admitted to practice law in Florida, New York, and the U.S. District Court of Florida for the Southern District.
